I am looking to buy huel as of friday, due 12 hour plus day as a chef. Simply do not have the time to cook my own food as cooking for other. I want huel as weight loss as I go to bad as an easy option for no time. How i am 19st 5lbs and I play rugby on any time I have off. I’m not sure of what amount of huel I would need to start on as im sure it would be more because of my weight .
