Hello, I’m 17 days post op.
It’s hard to digest any food for me for the last 5 days. Seems like nausea dizziness bloating back pain takes me away no matter what i eat.
I’m eating bananas, yogurt, bread and soup with carrots, potatoes, spinach and some rice in it.
I have been told that it’s normal? And prescribed rameprazol and nausea pills.
Do you think huel might be good for me ?

It could be something that could work, but that being said, we would recommend that you speak to your doctor about this to make sure that Huel would be suitable for you.
