Huel and coconut MCT allergy advice

Hi

I have recently had a food intolerance test and I have been found to have an intolerance to coconut.
I believe Huel has MCT from coconut, does anyone know if this is safe for people with an intolerance to coconut?

Both MCTs from coconut, and coconut oil itself, are often fine for people with coconut intolerance or allergy.

Did your food intolerance test specifically say what in coconut you are sensitive to?

If you have a genuine allergy to coconuts, then Huel may not be suitable as the MCT powder is derived from coconuts. However, you might be best to consult your doctor, they will have a better knowledge of this.
