Huel and My fitness pal

Hi fellow Huelers/Huelista/Huelites,

I have been using Huel for a week now, mostly 3 scoops twice a day along with regular food. I have been recording this on My fitness pal and have found it very easy to monitor my calories throughout the day.

I weighed myself this morning to find that I have lost half a stone in a week! I am 51, male, 5ft 9 and 12st 3lbs. Very happy with Huel so far with the taste, nutrition and convenience :slightly_smiling_face: I believe this will continue to be part of my regular diet.

Excellent news … keep it up !

You may find much of that is water … it seems to rapidly drop weight when you start up
But that really is excellent results :+1:

I use MFP too and like you find it very easy :smiley:

Yes it is really useful. Quite a few of us here use MFP.

I am no longer using it for weight/fat loss now but for maintaining my currrent weight.
