I thought I would try hurl black for the higher protein. I’m not sure if this is right it has totally no flavour at all. Is this meant to be normal. As it’s quite vile compared to normal huel vanilla which I love.
I’ve found Black Edition Vanilla to have plenty of flavor on its own.

Taste is subjective and seems to vastly differ from person to person.
Personally I prefer the taste of v.3.0 however many disagree and prefer black edition!
Black edition uses stevia and coconut sugar to sweeten the powder, whereas v.3.0 uses sucralose which is stronger in sweetness and might be the flavour difference you’re mentioning.
We all have our favourites and ultimately it boils down to personal preference
