Hi all, after a couple of weeks or so on diet i thought I’d share my experiences.
All in all generally positive,
I did experience a little bloating for the first couple of days but that went away and seems to be done with.
chucking in one scoop and shaking away is very easy and it mixes without effort. It is watery versus white/black/essential obviously but satiety actually seems on a par with black, it does stave off the cravings for three or so hours for me which was pleasantly surprising.
I went with banana and vanilla matcha. Banana has an initial hit of real banana with a synth banana finish. Vanilla matcha I can barely detect the vanilla in the mouth despite it smelling strongly of vanilla, the tea flavour is very dominant. I probably wouldn’t order it again, but I’m sure tea lovers will enjoy it. I will absolutely finish it. Both have a slight bitter, chemical aftertaste which I am guessing is the vitamin and mineral additives. It is very slight and not at all an issue.
No digestive issues at all other than the first days slight bloating.
