I found overnight prepped works best with milk. Prepping with water makes a soggy mess it seems.
Either:
A. 1 Scoop vanilla huel, with 12oz of milk.
or
B. 2 Scoops vanilla huel, with 12oz milk, and 8oz water.
or
C. Mix and match your own combo.
Shake well before putting in the fridge, and shake well in the morning before consuming. This is what I do for breakfast when I wake up at 5:30 in the morning.
If consuming right away, I have found the standard recipe for 3 scoops is too much water in my opinion.
I have found that 3 scoops works best with 16-17oz of cold water. Shake well and chug it down.
