Huel overnight oats


I thought I share my kids favourite breakfast with you guys: Huel overnight oats


1 cup oats
1 scoop Huel
1 scoop protein powder (use the scoop that comes with the protein powder, not your Huel scoop)
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seed

Mix all together. Divide over 3 glasses and put a night in the fridge.


I expect it would be better with some form of liquid though.

Fine oats, or flakes?
Flavored protein?
Mixed as in shaken or blended?

I use flakes and flavoured protein. You don’t have to blend it, just mix with a spoon and fill the glasses.

Yeah I understand. It’s hard to get them to eat healthy.
