Huel Powder + Daily Greens toxic?

I’m looking at the nutrition labels and ingredients list for Huel powder and Daily Greens. One thing I’m putting extra attention on is how the Vitamin A is delivered. In the Huel (black) powder it’s stated as just a “vitamin”, with no mention given to what form it’s in. I therefore draw the conclusion that it is delivered in preformed retinol and not from beta carotene.

When looking at the Daily Greens (DG) datasheets, “Retinyl Acetate” is given as an ingredient. It is my understanding that this is preformed. One serving of DG provides over 100% of the RDA for Vitamin A alone. Combined with Huel Powder, would this not lead to Vitamin A toxicity?

I can’t comment on the science/theoretical side but my weekday breakfast shake is 90g of original powder, 20g of cacao powder and 8g of daily greens. I may also have one for breakfast on a Sunday. Most weekdays I’ll also have a Plenny Bar from JimmyJoy and 3-4 times a week I’ll have a Huel (white) RTD. I don’t know what that all adds up to for vitamin A in the course of a week compared to the recommended amount but I’ve been doing it generally since daily greens came out and I haven’t noticed anything untoward.

The combination of one serving of Daily Greens and one serving of Black Edition does exceed the Reference Intake for vitamin A, however this doesn’t necessarily mean ‘dangerous’ levels. The Reference Intake (a guided target to aim for daily to maintain overall health) for vitamin A is 800mcg in the UK/EU, however the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (the maximum dose per day considered safe) is up to 3000mcg, so there’s a fairly wide range between the two.
