High-Protein Airfryer Pancake (Huel Black + Chocolate Chips)
Ingredients (Single Serving):
- 30g Huel Black (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Muscle Meat Protein Milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sweetener or honey (optional)
- Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp (15g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix the batter: In a bowl, whisk together Huel Black, egg, baking powder, and protein milk until smooth. Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt if using. Adjust with a splash more milk if the batter is too thick.
- Fold in chocolate chips: Gently mix in chocolate chips. You can also sprinkle a few on top after pouring into the pan to avoid sinking.
- Prepare the airfryer: Lightly grease your airfryer baking accessory or a small heat-safe dish.
- Airfry settings:
- Temperature: 160°C (320°F)
- Time: 12–14 minutes
- Steam: Off Check with a toothpick at 12 minutes. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool & serve: Let the pancake rest for 1–2 minutes before removing. Serve with fresh fruit, yogurt, or nut butter.
