Hi, i have just opened a new bag of the Black Edition Chocolate and it tastes very strange. I have had the chocolate many times before and it always tastes great (just like chocolate). I also made this up yesterday morning and left it to sit for about 4 hours to allow it to absorb the water. Not only did it taste bad but it has also separated. When i made it yesterday morning about 8:30am and went to drink it about 2pm, it had separated and i thought oh well I haven’t seen that before, so i gave it a good shake and then had a mouth full, which tasted bad. So, I left it overnight to allow it to separate again so i could take a photo and get in touch with you.
The batch number is: MK 6116 07:12

I have the same issue with 6160 in a matte bag. What I received is near flavourless to boot which defeats the whole purpose. I contacted customer service but the AI seems to be stuck in a loop now and repeating itself that a quality control investigation will take place into the batch. I’m hoping someone on here can advise what is actually going on with the recipe or recent batches? Or how to contact for resolution?
Hi Mark, yes i have contacted support and they advised, on Friday, that they have passed my issue onto customer services. But i am still awaiting a reply.
