After weeks of reading everybody’s weight loss journeys using Huel - i have decided to take the chance and have “Joined the Revolution”.
I literally have no idea what so ever on how to make it, what ratio i should use etc.
any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

If so keep hold of it !!
I use 400ml of water and 2 scoops (sometimes a tad more) and shake vigorously (the shaker not yourself!) … occasionally adding a salted caramel flavouring twice a day and a ‘normal’ meal once a day !!
It works for me … others may have different viewpoints
