First time i have had to complain. Luckily it’s not the product but the delivery/packaging. The box was fully closed but not sealed, looks like the driver placed it so it looked as though it was fully sealed.

Hey Darren, thanks for the message. Sorry to hear your delivery wasn’t up to scratch.
It would be great if you could drop the team@huel.com a message about this (or head to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger for a more instant response). The team there will be able to log this against your order, pass it on to the right people who can track why the packaging was unsealed and make the right adjustments.
We generally only use the forum to have conversations and debate about Huel topics. The forum isn’t the best space for customer experience queries.

dont know what country this happened in, but generally speaking DPD has a very bad reliability reputation at least here in austria. There is lots of people complaining on the austrian subreddit about how packages disappeared, unreliable delivery drivers who claim to have been at the door but werent, packages having been opened etc… just saying.
