Lose 1.5 lbs a week

Hi all

I’m male, 5 ft 10 inches, my weight is 13.2 stone.

I would like to lose 1 - 1.5 lb a week and drop a stone in weight, I plans to use Huel for all my meals apart from my dinner. I would normally have chicken with a lot of veg for that meal, or something similar. Not sure how many calories are in that?

I’m useless at calorie counting that’s why I’m asking :slight_smile:

How much Huel will I need per day, I hope do around 10,000 steps also.

I find 114g of Huel with 500ml of water for breakfast and lunch and then a regular meal (or sometimes a 3rd Huel) will allow me to lose about 3lbs a week.

I am 6 ft 1 inch and 16 stone and walk about 15-20k steps a day. Hope this info helps you work out what you need
