I’m male, 5 ft 10 inches, my weight is 13.2 stone.
I would like to lose 1 - 1.5 lb a week and drop a stone in weight, I plans to use Huel for all my meals apart from my dinner. I would normally have chicken with a lot of veg for that meal, or something similar. Not sure how many calories are in that?
I’m useless at calorie counting that’s why I’m asking
How much Huel will I need per day, I hope do around 10,000 steps also.
