Lose weight

Hi, I just got my huel today, I’m thinking of having it twice a day, breakfast and lunch.
I’m 27 years old. 160cm and about 80kg
I was thinking in having one scoop for breakfast and two for lunch, would that be enough, any suggestions?

I have 50g for breakfast and 100g for lunch, does me through the day alomg with plenty of water and a coffee or two, Im always ready fkr my dinner around 6pm too!
