I have meds that needs to be taken with food. While Huel is food, it is liquid so, is that okay or should I take it with solid foods?
I imagine it’ll be fine. It is solid before you add water!

Meds with food are generally to make sure the medication hangs around in the stomach longer and doesn’t hit your system all at once, I believe, so with a ‘meal’ of Huel to keep your stomach occupied, I’d think it should be fine. Solid food gets mushed up and slopped about in your stomach anyway!
