Just been prescribed these anti inflammatory tablets by a doctor, was advised to take with food excuse the ignorance but will it be safe to take these while on huel I’m currently on 3 scoops for breakfast and the same for lunch with a healthy dinner, thanks in advance
I don t see why there should be any problem. After all, Huel is food… For what it’s worth I’m on a variety of medications that are supposed to be taken with food and I haven’t had a “plate meal” since last October
As long as something is in your stomach when you take the medication it’ll be fine. Just take the tablet half way through a bottle of huel, same for any NSAIDs
