I’ve recently restarted a health & fitness journey & have settled on Huel paired with IF 16:8 as this suits my lifestyle & time management, but the only thing im struggling with is drinking plain water & black no milk unsweetened coffee first thing in the morning is there any options for safe alternatives to sweetening coffee & flavouring water without breaking my fasting?..please i would really appreciate any advice & would be very much appreciated thank you🙂

There are plenty of zero calorie sweeteners on the market for your coffee - as for flavouring your water - flavour drops might work as they are usually either zero calorie or less than 2 calories at most.

How are you making your coffee?
