Thought i’d share my thoughts so far.
I personally tried 2x huel with water and thought it was disgusting but now I mix with 1 scoop of slim fast banana, 2x huel with skimmed milk and its more palatable.
I have pure slimfast for breakfast. (2 scoops to 250ml of skimmed milk)
May not be perfectly balanced but its a dam site better than what I was eating which was 2x pasties for breakfast, burger for lunch or baguette with cakes for pudding, plus various chocolate bars, coke, and whatever I would have for dinner.
I currently weight 110kg. I was 118kg few weeks back.
I still have a normal evening meal.
I found going to the loo easier but my belly does bubble more.
