New user here. I’ve going to be using HUEL Black as a meal replacement and weight loss tool.
I lost 2.5 stone between August and December 22 through calorie controlled dieting. Going to kick start the diet again when I start back to work in the New Year.
I’ll be using HUEL Black to replace 2 of my 3 daily meals.
