Newbie - first time starting

Had my first Huel today - was nervous, I have combined it with IF. So first shake at 10am - oh my days, I am full!

I made my shake up yesterday, coffee flavour, added a spoonful of instant coffee too. Kept it in the fridge overnight, it was a nice consistency.

So my starting stats - 33yo, F, 86.8kg. Looking to lose fat, I am going to have 3 scoops twice a day with a meal on an evening.

I work out between 3-5 times a week, depending on what shift I am on.
