I recently placed my first order of huel but got no tshirt or shaker, my boyfriend had the same thing a while back. Super disappointed as the shirts look lovely and I’ve ruined my old phd shaker 
Can anyone shed some light on why it might not’ve been sent out?
Hey Sophie, thanks for the message and so sorry that you haven’t got your starter bundle, let’s get that sorted for you!
The reason you haven’t received it is because a previous order was placed to the same delivery address, I presume by your boyfriend. Our system pulls up any previous orders so that we don’t accidentally send multiple t-shirts/shakers to loads of people. “The system” didn’t realise this was for someone else living there.
Not to worry though, I’ve got another bundle out to you! Let me know if there is anything else I can help with
