Novice needs help

So i have just bought my first bags of huel and i am using it with the intention of losing weight. The booklet that came with it gave examples of how much huel to eat/drink, but i would really appreciate tips from people who have done it before.

any tips and advice would be much appreciated

It’s the same as regular food sadly; it’s just a numbers game.

Figure out your rough TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and then use Huel to either maintain or cut calories. This is a great tool for figuring out how much you should have each day.

You’ll probably notice a couple of bodily quirks in the first week if you have huel for more than two meals a day, but they pass quickly and if your body isn’t used to getting lots of good minerals and vitamins then you’re in for a treat as you’ll start feeling good pretty quickly :slight_smile:
