Me too, but having said that many harmful bacteria cannot be detected by smell, taste or appearance (without a microscope), while some food that actually has a bit of mould can be OK. Huel being a dried product is probably on the safer side, although there is some negative health implication to consuming rancid flaxseed…but you should be able to smell that.
