Hi - just sent in another email this morning about the above order number.

I started a request for refund with what I thought was a human advisor, only to realise that it was a bot.

I then saw that I’m supposed to type “talk to a human”, which I did on 17th Jul (Friday), but have had no reply since then. Hence the chase up.

Please pick it up and let me know it has been seen and when my refund has been processed.
