"parcel could not be delivered"

Ok so I placed an order in weekends, and I got an email saying it will be delivered between 15:22 to 16:22. So I waited at home, and nothing arrived. So I went to check the tracking status, and it says “Sorry, your parcel could not be delivered as we don’t have the required contact name/number” which is obviously bs - I am 100% sure that I filled in the correct name and number. Now the question is what do I do afterwards? I tried contacting DPD but they don’t seem to be interested in picking up calls.

Sorry for any issues here. I’ve tracked it through and I’m being told Your Huel order will be delivered today by Dalvir, your DPD Local driver, between 14:04 and 15:04. However if you’re being told some contact information “isn’t correct” then we might have the same issues as yesterday. Could you drop us an email on team@huel.com confirming your delivery information?
