Hi All,

This is probably something obvious, but I’ve logged into my shop account and there is no direct link for buying Huel in there. When I then try the ‘buy Huel’ link, it does not autopopulate my name or address details (which would seem to be the whole point of having a shop account.

Is there some rookie error I’m committing here?

Hmm… ok, maybe it only works with prior subscriptions rather than single orders (though the previous order was showing against my account). Have created a subscription so maybe it will work next time…
