Prepping Hot & Savoury to eat later

Hey everyone! Has anyone any experience of prepping hot & savoury before leaving home to eat later in the day? I’m thinking of using a food flask and it would be left for about 5 hours before eating it. Cheers.

I use a Stanley food flask, make H&S around 8:30am and is perfectly fine by 2pm, but it is worth playing with the water amounts.
