Question about Daily Greens and Superblend

I have a subscription to Daily Greens. I have since tried Superblend and found it wonderful - it seems like it fits in between Daily Greens and Huel Black. Perfect. I am not taking it to replace any meals. However…

Can I take a Daily Greens + a Superblend a day, or is that a waste? Will the combination cause too much of any vitamins and nutrients to be dangerous or a waste?

I plan on going with Superblend and have suspended my DG subscription for the time being until I get some opinions on what is the best course of action. TIA.

You don’t need to consume both. Super blend is essentially greens with some protein powder.

If you are consuming one serving of Daily Superblend per day, you can consume up to one serving of Daily Greens per day if you would like.

Daily Superblend provides more macronutrients and calories than Daily Greens. Daily Greens functions as a supplement, where Daily Superblend functions as a meal.

How are you getting superblend, you importing to the UK?

I’m in the USA.

I put them into my Cronometer app, hope it helps.

@Bryonyy_Huel just curious, what’s different with superblend that means it can’t be sold in the UK/EU?

Re Cronometer scores: only 78% plant-based?! Whatever can that mean? :grimacing:

With some of our products/flavours, we keep them regional. But that doesn’t mean that in the future we won’t be bringing them to our other stores.

Cool. After the stores has got them can you bring them to the website as well.

The highlighted targets are based on my daily personal overall score, so the protein will be short if only those two products are included, and huel products don’t have amino information on the app so unfortunately lysine is always showing as short.

Some context

ah so the 78% plant-based refers to diet overall, not to Huel specifically.
