Shipping to France

Hello I am contacting you this day because I do not have a tracking number of my parcel that you sent yesterday, for France via DPD , I passed commende on 11.12.2019 #77687-EU due to an error of your leave you made a new send on 17.12.2019 #78437-EUand still no tracking DPD package, I don’t have a paypal dispute for package not received, how can we do to solve my problem, Fedex delivery, UPS, a refund?

I think it’s better to contact them via email, you’ll get much more direct help than here on the forum, where most users are just clientele like you and me.
