Update, Hi just wanted to let anyone that’s interested in starting this I’ve personally lost just over a stone (14lbs) since my first post now while I’m happy im heading in the right direction I have to admit I’ve have had to realise this isn’t a quick fix to weight loss mentality you will have to prepare to do this for along time especially if your not active like me, work go home no gym etc.
Currently 261.8lbs average 2lbs loss a week no excise
