Hi my name is Alan, male, 42, 277.6lbs, starting or should I say 2 weeks in weight journey
1st week didn’t weight myself
2nd week lost 7lbs, 270.7lbs
1st week eased my way into with a shake in the evening to stop cravings
2nd week huel breakfast and lunch and normal dinner with the family

Update, Hi just wanted to let anyone that’s interested in starting this I’ve personally lost just over a stone (14lbs) since my first post now while I’m happy im heading in the right direction I have to admit I’ve have had to realise this isn’t a quick fix to weight loss mentality you will have to prepare to do this for along time especially if your not active like me, work go home no gym etc.
Currently 261.8lbs average 2lbs loss a week no excise

Indeed, I always think of the term Rome wasn’t built in a day. To be honest I’ve been losing weight for years, it’s completely okay to just form healthy happy Habits that help you along the way
