Subscription re-enabled without my interaction

I used Huel for years, my last order was July 2024. I cancelled my subscription and moved away from all the meal replacement stuff in general. This morning I get an email that my order is being processed. I haven’t logged into the site in well over a year. Not only is an order being processed but it is coming with a Huel bottle, welcome guide, scoops, and 2 black bags (chocolate and vanilla). Even when my subscription was active this was not my order. It is also strange that I am getting a welcome order when I was using it for years. I have contacted support with no response. If there is someone on here who can fix this I would appreciate it.
