That’s the 2nd time that my package is getting lost

Hi, merry christmas. I m getting sick and tired to pay and not getting my order. Huel support is close to 0, on the DHL site it says “on transit” Can someone help me? #142425-EU

Edit: Having a quick look into your order, this is currently within the standard delivery time frame of 5 working days. Please allow a little more time than usual due to Christmas and holiday days.

And if the order was dispatched from the UK then then probably got held up when Europe closed its borders with the UK.
