Hmm, as ever there’s good processing and bad processing, if there was no processing with Hot & Savoury it would be a bag of vegetables and dry rice that you couldn’t eat! H&S is very much the closest we have got to whole unprocessed food.
I’m not sure what you mean by this? We have to give a recommendation for serving size, that’s just how labelling works, but you can add as much or as little as you want. If you want less than 400kcal then just add less, if you want more then add more.
