Psychologically knowing that you’re getting food that is healthy + not having so spend time debating on what you have to eat. (Should I go for eggs, bacon, mhmmm should I throw in tomatoes) The whole process (at least for myself) could be a tad tedious. I know this is the ultimate first world problem, but it’s just nice to not have to think about food so much.
I think it’s similar to Mark Zuckerberg/Steve jobs line of thinking when deciding to only wear the same clothes outfit everyday. Zuckerberg said he claims dressing in the same way allows him to focus his energy on more important decisions at work.
I think Huel works in the same way for me.
