I have placed an order on Mar 10 10:58AM, and was supposed to receive a delivery email this morning - however, that did not happen. I will be flying in tomorrow evening, so could you please advise me as to when could I get hold of the parcel?
I phoned you guys but the line is busy, and I also emailed you and my request (336629) has been received.
Can you further advise me as why has my order not been dispatched yet today?

I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve also placed an order in the morning of March 10, and haven’t heard more about it, but it should show up today.
