I couldn’t find an answer to this in the product release thread. Should Daily A-Z Vitamins be consumed with additional fats so Vitamins A, D, E and K become usable for the body?
Why isn’t there something like MCTs added to the product?
Huel Complete Protein for example has added PUFAs.

Good question, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) indeed require fat for optimal absorption due to their lipid-soluble nature. While consuming fat alongside them can enhance absorption, it’s important to note that dietary fats consumed throughout the day contribute to this process as well. While A-Z Vitamins might not contain added fats, we have carefully formulated it to provide a balance of nutrients to support absorption.
A-Z vitamins provides a convenient way to supplement these vits and mins, and integrating it into your routine, whether with meals containing fats or not, can effectively support their absorption over time
