For once I feel like the most mature person in a thread.

When Tim gets here youā€™re all going to get a spanking.

For me on Huel right now, that would mean deleting myself over and over and over

In that case we better invite @Wendy_Shepherd to join in

Ooh, Iā€™m an author now!

Glad this one has been resolved.

Good point, Iā€™m going to chat to the website content team to amend it make clearer. I think it suggests that if you donā€™t get an email response then you will get a response on the forum. Whereas actually we want people to come here and use the search to answer general queries.

If you have any suggestions as to how it should read obviously fire them across! For clarity this is the area people are referring to.

Email us on team@huel.com , or use the form below for customer service and delivery questions. Head to our forum for general questions and inquiries.

They could spell enquiries correctly :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

What is the difference between inquiry and Enquiry?
Inquiry: The police are carrying out an inquiry into the murder case. ā€¦ The traditional distinction between the verbs Enquire and Inquire is that enquire is to be used for general senses of ā€˜askā€™, while inquire is reserved for uses meaning ā€˜make a formal investigationā€™.

Iā€™m just being silly - either is actually okay.

In all seriousness, perhaps specify that all order related enquiries should be emailed to team@huel.com and they will get back to you within 48hrs Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (or whatever their target response times are).
And that the forum is a great place to get information from other Huel consumers on how to use the product etc. I havenā€™t worded that wellā€¦ Iā€™m on my way out - but that kinda thing
