Good point, Iām going to chat to the website content team to amend it make clearer. I think it suggests that if you donāt get an email response then you will get a response on the forum. Whereas actually we want people to come here and use the search to answer general queries.
If you have any suggestions as to how it should read obviously fire them across! For clarity this is the area people are referring to.

Iām just being silly - either is actually okay.
In all seriousness, perhaps specify that all order related enquiries should be emailed to team@huel.com and they will get back to you within 48hrs Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (or whatever their target response times are).
And that the forum is a great place to get information from other Huel consumers on how to use the product etc. I havenāt worded that wellā¦ Iām on my way out - but that kinda thing
