Week 1 on Huel

Started having Huel this week, 2 scoops for breakfast and 2 for dinner, then a normal tea in the evening.

So far i love it, i was dreading it at first with all the talk of needing to blend it and do this and do that.

I just put 350ml water or milk in a shaker, 2 scoops, shake then drink. Lovely, genuinely like the berry and new vanilla, dont know what all the fuss is about requiring blending.

That’s virtually the same as I do
(Tho the meal time may change depending on what shift I’m working)

Keep it up … you will see the weight tumble !

Actually thinking of reducing the quantity a bit to 60g, so about 250 calories of my maths is right for each breakfast and dinner.
I’m aiming initially for 1500 calories a day max.
Leaves me with 1000 calories for tea and any snacks as being realistic I won’t stick to no snacks at all.

Still enjoying it.

So far my favourite concoction is the new vanilla with a handful of frozen blueberries and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
I like mine 1 scoop per 150ml water.
