I’ve been using Huel for a month and a half and I’ve lost 12 pounds! At first, I wasn’t a fan of the taste but now… I look forward to drinking it.
I replace two meals - lunch and dinner - with Huel. I still allow myself one cheat-ish day, usually on Saturday/Sunday for brunch. But I then drink a Huel for dinner. I also am walking 10,000 steps a day. I plan to do Power 90 soon, as I’ve had the discs for YEARS.
If you ever need motivation to lose weight, the inevitability of wedding photos (even 6 months away) works for me. The best thing is that I’m not spending nearly what I did on food (lunch in Manhattan? Forget it) and I don’t have to bother worrying about what to eat. I wish I’d started this diet earlier!
