I am going to try U&U next week for the first time, I am wondering what the rest of you put in it. I’ve been thinking about berries like Bananas and Strawberry to start with… or would a fresh orange or apple juice mixed in be nice?
The original thread on added flavours has fallen far down the list, so I’m not surprised you missed it -
My personal favourites -
- A tablespoon of instant coffee (drink it cold though, hot Huel isn’t pleasant)
- A scoop full of Cadburys drinking chocolate (sugar heavy though)
- MyProtein FlavDrops Banana flavour
- A handful of frozen berries (blended, not shaken)

I’ve been mixing my U&U with half tomato juice and half water for the liquid, then adding fresh coriander (stems and all), crushed chili flakes, lime juice, garlic, and a bit of plain yogurt. It’s very moreish.
