I’m just starting to use Huel and am using it for 1 meal/day. I’ve been using it for lunch on one week, then breakfast another. Its the first time I’ve changed my diet this way and I’m impressed!
2 scoops for breakfast, 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner
The days I work 12.5hr shifts I use Huel as follows: 0630 4 scoops, milk/water frozen fruit 1 bamana; 1030 Huel bar; 1300 3 scoops water and flavour boost; 1730 Huel RTD or protein shake or soup; 2030 cooked meal and a pint of ale.
On 8 hour days I use Huel as follows: 0830 4 scoops water/milk frozen fruit 1 bannana; 1300 3 scoops water and flavour boost; 1630 Huel RTD or protein shake; 1800 cooked meal with pudding and a glass of wine.
At the moment I’m 150g 7:30am after gym, 150g at 12:00 and 150g 18:00.
Can vary, if I’m not trimming the belly fat it’ll be 180g with the same timings.
150g shake for breakfast at 7ish and lunch at 1ish during the week. I like to have the weekend off to encourage a bit of variety. I Never get sick of eating this way.
