Nah, it wasn’t the good kind of jelly.
Releasing an RTD isn’t selling out. We still listen to our community, engage with them on a 121 basis here on our forum, as well as every other medium we can. We release products based directly on our community’s feedback (hence an RTD) as well as making acute and long term adjustments to their experience. We’re extremely transparent about all areas of Huel, certainly more than larger businesses and more than many smaller brands than us. It’s this that keeps us grounded and means that we strive for better.
But perhaps this isn’t the right thread for all this.
