Sorry to hear about your skin. I’m yet to do any 100% Huel days and haven’t had any issues with that (yet).
I never had any problems before but looking over the forum, it seems like some people do have this reaction. My skin has always been problematic. Since reducing the amount of Huel my skin has improved a lot so can only assume there was something I was getting too much of from Huel. Bit sad but I’m still going to take one to work for breakfast, though I think I will now do lunch and dinner as non-Huel.
Braved a weigh in and was back up to 13, which I’m not surprised about. Going to be a bit better now though!
I’m expecting a gain too after visits from my dad and a friend which involved wine!
My skin went really bad once when I took a skin, hair and nails supplement so there’s definitely a vitamin/mineral that gives you spots in high doses. I saw the thread on here too - annoying.

A majestic 0.25lb off this week. I’ll take it. I’m surprised I lost anything – I had my dad staying for two nights and had to eat with him so counting cals was hard, plus a friend came over and we drank wine and ate out in a pub.

I was 12s13 this morning! Hoping for a good weigh in this week. Had a lovely long walk before I started work yesterday, to avoid the heat. I really need to start doing my weights again too.
Infuriatingly, I have officially stayed the same this week. I’ve been a loss of 1.25-1.5lb every day since my last weigh-in, but it shot up today.

I tried the chocolate RTD yesterday, straight out the fridge. It was virtually solid. I could only drink about half before I gave up. Finishing it off today but letting it sit out of the fridge a bit first. It also doesn’t taste of choc at all - I wouldn’t have known if it hadn’t been brown. Is this what the chocolate powder tastes like too?
Chocolate Black Edition definitely tastes of chocolate IMO but don’t know about the standard edition.
I find the chocolate black thickens much more quickly than the vanilla black. Maybe cocoa is more absorbent. But the black definitely tastes of chocolate, dark chocolate IMO.
I’ve found that there is a temperature tipping point on RTD in the fridge - particularly the EU version - where it does start congealing and solidifying when its stored too cold. For instance when I stored it in the top/colder shelves of the fridge it became to thick to drink until it had warmed up a bit again but keeping it in the lower shelves seems fine - at the moment all my bottles are in the vegetable box at the bottom of the fridge
if it has thickened up because of the cold - this does negatively affect the taste dramatically unfortunately.
I only drank half when it was too cold, and the second time I had it I left it out the fridge for a while before drinking it. It was less thick, but still didn’t taste of much. I won’t be buying that one again.
