So autumn is here and I am looking forward to some crisp clear cold mornings, porridge mornings.
Recipe - here goes.
1 scoop of Vanilla Huel
1 scoop of Mornflakes Cream Superfast Oats (100% oat flakes, no added rubbish)
20g of Sainsburies Skimmed Milk Powder (tried it without, and it was missing something)
200ml of boiling water from the kettle.
Place dry ingredients in heat proof container, I use a 0.5L Kilner jar, as I have many of them because I use them for canning.
Add hot water and give it a stir - or put the lid on and give it a vigorous shake if you’re feeling frisky - just watch the hot water!
Screw the lid down finger tight, you should still be able to depress the lid if using a Kilner, no steam build-up please!
Wait for 5 agonising minutes.
Pro Tip - Wash immediately after consuming, it dries like concrete if you leave it for more than half an hour.
