Honestly, i was looking at alternates and the honor band sold me on its sleep analyser, because my sleep is god awful and apparently its pretty handy, and if i get the bonus of the elders thinking knowing my hymen is intact then its win-win!
Luckily i’m expecting to have bad days since i’m bipolar so my life is 50% bad days, but i want to know i am at least having some good days and thats why i decided to get it, so that i can look at it and go “well, that day i did it so i can do it this day too!”, and if that fails i always have a cat
So, one week in and i have successfully gone down 1.1KG, i’m going to be uploading my scale measurements soon but i havent compared them yet, but so far so good, 1kg a week was my goal so i’ve gone over, because i’m… pretty damn amazing B)
I’ve only really been hitting about 5000 steps a day so i’m aiming to double that by next week, but so far, i’m pretty happy

Welp, i broke my 100% huel last night, but it was with good reason! I was out walking and had a bit of a vomit, so i needed to get something back inside me and it was a bit late for huel prep, so i made myself a cheese sandwich.
I havent taken the time to use scales recently! Too many kids all over the place for me to get a chance to do anythign, but i am sticking to huel, i have found salted caramel + banana is a great combination, but it may be a little niche
Today i got some flavourings to attempt a savoury huel and failed, so my shakers and blender are out of commission until tomorrow, so tonight i’ll be eating a solid meal for the first time in a while, which is a shame, the family had takeaway yesterday so i missed out on delicious pizza
For the most part thoguh things are pretty steady, my exercise is down due to the lockdown, but i’m sticking to 100% huel. My 16/8 hours are a bit all over the place but i’m pretty sure i’m sticking to a generally 8 hour window xD
Yeah I totally understand! We’re also on lock down and trying to work from home while entertaining the kids…
I really love salted Caramel flavour boost. I use it with a scoop of banana whey powder and vanilla Huel. It’s delicious!!
Do you work out at home? I miss going to the gym and it just feels like home is for relaxing and the gym is for hardcore workouts so I haven’t been motivated to do any workout at home…
A 3 year old and an 11 year old here, so unfortunately can’t even find one thing that will keep them both busy xD
I want to work out from home but i dont really have the space for it, if i clear my floor i can fit my yoga matt out and have just enough room, but then if i open my door or drawers or anything i am screwed!
I’m thinking of starting up with some burpees though, every other day, its been a while since i did burpees but i know how good they are for burning fat. Then on my off days i may or may not have a sword i may or may not swing in the back garden to get the sword swinging muscles ready for the 'pocalypse
