I’ve never felt I could make the jump to 100%, I’m on 2 x a day, for breakfast and lunch but feel I need an evening meal of “real food”. No logic behind this so it is interesting to see your menus and get your feedback. Thanks
Yes, I know. I don’t think it will be a lifestyle choice for me for long term, just going to try it for a while to see how it goes. I think a lot of people like a more conventional evening meal.

Sometimes I wear 6" stiletto heels.
I hope at least you’re consistent about weighing yourself with them on or not.
It doesn’t matter that much; our weight fluctuates throughout the month due to water retention etc. caused by the time of the month, this fluctaution weighs much more than a pair of shoes. It is easier for men to maintain steady weight alas.
I don’t know. I do weight myself consistently without shoes. I guess that helps.
