Hello everybody! I’ve finally decided to take the first step in the Huel world, and ordered some original formula and some UU. I tend to get pretty anxious with online orders as I don’t trust my Country’s postal system very much and I’ve already been disappointed quite a few times! 
So, I placed my order on Saturday the 8th and an order confirmation almost instantly appeared in my inbox. Yay!
So, what to expect now? In the order confirmation I read that I have to wait for another e-mail from the delivery company, which will give me more details on the date and time of my delivery… I’m half a working day in, and not finding anything in my inbox is already making me feel nervous! Did I do anything wrong?

I think they only send orders out on working days so it will probably be today or tomorrow

I even get excited when I’m opening it even though I know what it is do you know how you are going to use your Huel?
I think I’ll use it to fill in the gaps I leave when skipping meals: i have very erratic shifts at work and find it very difficult to plan, shop and cook balanced meals everyday, so I always end up skipping one or two meals, or munching on whatever junk I find in vending machines. With Huel, I plan to always have with me one or two meals worth of the right nutrients, while also suppressing random cravings. Not to mention, I can’t wait to start inventing all kinds of recipes for sweet and savoury shakes!

It is fun to experiment with them I love putting a banana in it and blending, gives a smoother texture. I hope you get on with your Huel and like the taste, I love it

Anxious here too! 
I constantly check tracking and watch outside the windows everytime I hear a sound similar to a van door opening
To be honest in my experience Huel is not the fastest online store, and they should also do something about a better connection between the warehouse and the website. BUT, the customer support is great and even waiting a year it’s worth because in my case Huel is a life changer.

I’m in the UK and get my Huel in a day of it being sent out, other countries are slower I suppose
I live in northern Italy, I sure hope it won’t take long~

Ehi Eleonora, me too, I’m in Milano. Shipment takes 2 days with UPS, after the order is dispatched. DIspatch time depends on Huel warehouse, my first order took 3 working days (+ 2 for shipping), the second one 10 working days, but it was a series of unfortunate events (one product out of stock, then another one, …). The team is very kind and helpful, though.
Good to see more and more italians jumping on the Huel ship! Feel free to write me if you want to chat in italian.
I guess all that I have to do is patiently wait for a message from UPS in order to better track my shipment!
Your answers are very reassuring -thank you both!- I hope I’ll be able to get started with my Huel next week! Meanwhile, I’ll keep my anxious mind busy by coming up with new recipes!

The days before my first shipment I was compulsively binge watching Huel reviews on Youtube, just to feel more in the Huel world. I think I watched them all, before deciding to buy and after.
I’m spending a lot of time reading everything I can find on the Huel forum and outside, be it reviews, recipes, diet plans… anything to positively fuel my hype! I can’t wait to get started~

You will get started soon and then suddenly you will find yourself in love after 4 weeks of use emptying your pocket to start a subscription and have your kitchen full of Huel!

True that. I order for 180 euro a month then again I am nearly 100% Huel lol.

Wow, that’s a lot. But not that much if you are Huel only. I’m actually at 140€ every 8 weeks, with breakfasts and 1 main meal everyday. But I’ve already seen a big saving even taking into account the other grocery shopping. 
And Huel is great together Netflix too!

Yeah if I were to do maintenance I’f be around 220€ am trying to lose weight so it’s a bit cheaper. Still, compared to all junk I was binging previously, 220 would still be cheaper I think. I wouldn’t mind Huel costing less, hopefully it will when sales go up eventually…
