Daily A-Z Vitamins IS HERE! šŸ’

Sorry, but the cans are already fully recyclable right? Other than that, honestly the cost-to-gimmick ratio is not worth the energy. What benefit does this bring users other than inconvenience?

The product competes with energy drinks, not make at home gym supplements where powder would make sense.

A desiccated version of Huel Daily A-Z Vitamins could be like a Huel multivitamin tablet. Nice idea but I bet thatā€™s a tough market to break into.

Stickers!

Either (easiest) a sheet, with all of the comparisons (as separate stickers, but on one sheet), added to each box, or just one sticker per box (Ć  la ā€œcollect them allā€).

(disclaimer: Iā€™m probably not in the target group, as Iā€™m not big on fizzy drinks in general, nor ā€œenergy drinksā€.)

Itā€™s a tough one for Huel.

Many health conscious people wouldnā€™t probably give it a second look if marketed as ā€˜an energy drinkā€™.

Many energy drink buyers probably also arenā€™t interested in swapping out their favourites for a ā€˜healthy drinkā€™ either. They probably would write it off as those ā€˜light sparkingā€™ drinks you get in things like meal deals that taste watery.

Obviously, we know itā€™s a spot on (like most Huel products) combo of health, flavour and is a great choice. But the masses are still oblivious.

I still get people thinking my Huel shakes are for the gym or weight loss, when one of the biggest appealing factors for me is that itā€™s ā€˜normalā€™ meal replacement - not sporty or diet oriented.

Tried a couple of cans. Even got the wife to try it.

Overpriced was only negative.

Would give it a 9/10. Good product.

Got my next two crates today. Sad to see the packaging issue hasnā€™t been fixed yet :frowning:

Terribly sorry about this @sb-huel could you please send an email to team@huel.com alongside this photo and any damage to the cans so we can make sure these instances are logged so we can improve on this for the future.

Iā€™m afraid we arenā€™t sure at the moment, but I will make sure to pass on the suggestion!

Personal update on Daily A-Z.

  • Had a can every day since Aug, and still enjoy each one as if it was the first timeā€¦ chefs kiss ā€¦ but definitely hoping for more flavours soon. Probably my favourite Huel product as I look forward to it the most out of everything else ā€“ so refreshing every time! (Though also really enjoying the new noodle pot and bars)
  • Packaging is still ripped and torn open with cans pouring out almost every delivery. In my last delivery, the entire bottom of the box was torn, meaning all the cans spilled out when picking it up. Quite annoying, but no individual can has ever been damaged badly.
  • Several people who Iā€™ve recommended Huel products to before and who werenā€™t interested, love Daily A-Z a LOT saying they feel way more full of life and energy (caffeine-free version) each time. Electrolytes surge perhaps? A couple people say itā€™s the perfect hangover cure, and even order the cans to take on holiday each time
  • My previous suggestion regarding incorporating the ā€˜more thanā€™ facts on the website product page somewhere else, such as on the packaging, is reinforced by how many people Iā€™ve seen go from ā€œHmmā€ to ā€œWowā€ when showing them the facts. Definitely helps visualise the productā€™s worth better and is a good tipping point.
  • Still think the caffeine-free cans should say caffeine-free on it. Too confusing currently, and seems like a potential selling point that people would like to see on the can too.

Overall, still really happy with it and will continue my subscription :tropical_drink:

Agree this is huelā€™s best effort in a while. Ordered a few cans with last order recently and they are very good. Only concern is price.

Lot of failures IMO including to white edition new update, new bars averageā€¦ etc.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such thorough feedback, we really do appreciate it.
Please can you contact team@huel.com regarding any damaged cans.
We have clearly labeled the caffeinated product on the front of cans to alert consumers of the presence and amount of caffeine so unsure if the non-caf version needs labeling, as it is first and foremost a vitamin drink rather than an energy drink.

So Iā€™ve had this problem and emailed in the photos too and didnā€™t really get that much of an acknowledgement tbh. Also, +1 for the vote of it being non-caffeinated

Will do! Have previously advised about it but will follow up again. Just noticed yesterday as well that Iā€™ve been drinking the caffeinated version over the past few days instead of caffeine free, so looks like the wrong box was delivered. Will mention that too (first time itā€™s happened across many orders).

And I guess that makes sense ā€“ was just regularly confusing when I was having the caffeinated version originally when it launched while my friend needed to avoid caffeine due to their health condition (though having both types at home is likely an edge case), while another friend has caffeine intolerance and wasnā€™t sure which one was delivered.

Sorry to hear this, what was the conclusion you were hoping for in this case?

There already is a non-caffeinated version.
