Delivery delays

Have you all got your Huel now?

My subscription order went through at the start of last week, but I have yet to hear anything apart from a holding email last Tuesday. So I’m at 7 days and waiting.

I know and understand there are wide scale issues at the moment and I have contacted Huel and had a couple of replies. However I’m still no clearer on when my order might arrive.

However I wanted to see what sort of times other customers are experiencing.

I’m in the same boat. Ordered on Monday/Tuesday last week and no update yet. Usually my orders arrive the next day so I think they’re just having a really busy week/pingdemic issues. Hope they’re all ok though!

Most of Mine has literally just arrived, looks like DpD has split it across 2 vans :). I hope the team are ok too must be a very stressful time it’s always hard to catch up too but looks like they are managing to make good progress now.

Hopefully yours will arrive in the next day or two.

My order is shown as dispatched but I’ve not received any email or notification from DPD. My Hot & Savoury is running out, barely 2 scoops left. I ordered 3 other flavours but no idea when it’s being delivered.

I’m still waiting for my RTD and Huel bars, ordered TWO WEEKS ago on the 20th July. I’m keeping myself alive each day by grabbing 2x Huels (breakfast and lunch) from Sainsbury’s but it’s getting expensive at £3.50 / bottle.

2 weeks???that’s terrible…

Im still waiting on an order placed last week.
Hope I don’t have to wait weeks…They should stop accepting orders until they sort this out…

My latest subscription order I noticed this had been added. I chose the date due to always previously having next day delivery and one of the items was for me to take away with me. However, it’s now day 3 and no news of dispatch and I know it will arrive now when I am off. So I don’t get to take the food I had planned and I am going to miss delivery.

I have emailed the team yesterday and waiting a response.

I am hoping that I can delay the date as it’s showing as not dispatched and ideally change one of the items but it says I am unable to in the email (strange because it hasn’t been shipped).

Dispatch Date says July 31st 2021 “It’s been dispatched!”, but on the Order History but Home page it says “Your order will be dispatched shortly”

Ordered on 25th of July, still waiting for my order. Customer service has told me a week ago ‘I can see its just about to get shipped’ and ‘you should receive your reference number for your delivery any moment’ are they just pulling these things out of thin air? As I haven’t received anything… 2 weeks without huel… and I had some left when I ordered… now its all gone and I’m struggling with breakfast again.

I got refunded but shortly about to reorder. Hope things are back to normal shortly.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it.
Support stopped responding last week as they couldn’t keep coming up with lies.
Told me it was 'about to be shipped and you will ‘receive your ticket any moment now’ a week ago. And have just given up responding to emails since.

Cam has responded to you here regarding your order. No one is lying to you, Chris. We’ve just telling you exactly what we are being told by our warehouse and DPD.

I have to say that this is a new issue that I have never had with Huel before, deliveries have always been swift and next day. My first order was late but the Huel helpdesk were friendly and managed to cancel my order and the full amount refunded within 2 working days.

Now I am back I have placed another order which I hope will be here in 2-3 working days as the email suggests.

I would say that this seems to be a issue at the moment and most of us who have been with Huel a long time will know that this isn’t the normal delivery times. If delivery is over the 3 days as stated though Huel HQ need to send more communications about the delay as it’s the not knowing that will anger most people.

Same, deliveries are normally fine.
Huel has made it clear about recent delays, on every channel.

Theres been bits in the news about Brexit people might have caught too, driver shortages, empty spots on grocery store shelves while food rots in fields, no catering staff to be found in UK.

Just received my latest order, 2 days after purchase so happy with that! seemed to have been a blip in performance but glad it looks like things are nearly back on track.
